WOW! Wood star at Grace Bay was an absolute gem. This place has a great location - easily walk to town or walk to the beach. The villa was beautifully appointed with everything you would need to feel comfortable and pampered. It felt private and safe as we left our teenage girls there occasionally without worry. The on-site contact Bryan was great and even treated us to fresh coconut waters for the coconuts he had just cut from in front of the villa. The beach access was also spectacular - very easy five minute walk, or 2 minute drive. Having a rental car allowed us more access to explore the island but certainly wasn’t necessary as this place has everything within a short walk. We will definitely be back.
We had an amazing time in TCI and especially staying at Kim’s bungalow. Beautiful, serene, and modern home. Everything you can imagine is in the house for your personal use. State of the art high end appliances and furniture which Kim has personally spent time decorating her property. Beautiful private pools at your disposal. Our bungalow was literally short walk to the beach, Grace Bay city center and to some amazing restaurants including local food trucks. Kim has made special arrangements for Grace Shore Villas guests to have their own private chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Even though we rented a vehicle, personally speaking, if you staying in Grace Bay and especially at Kim’s place, you do lot need one. Taxi’s are readily available. Most of the sea excursions were available right at the beach so no driving around required. Brian (property manager) was onsite for any concerns and questions. He has answers to all your questions. Very pleasant and professional young man. He will greet and welcome you upon your arrival. He has one job and that is to make your stay at Kim’s villas an amazing remarkable memorable stay ever. We look forward to visiting again soon.
We absolutely loved our stay at Grace Shore Villas! A short walk to downtown and to the beach. Conveniently located steps away from Coco Bistro and Coco Van, one of our favorite restaurants/food trucks on the island. Bryan was incredibly accommodating, always available at the Villa if we had any questions or needed any recommendations. The villa is very private with 3 smaller pools, we always felt safe. So many more things we could go on about.. we’re looking forward to our stay again in hopefully the near future!!
This is a great Villa to stay at in Grace Bay. We were close to everything! We did walk once to the beach but in the heat, the 15 min walk was a bit much. Next time we went via car and there was public parking right where the chairs are ready and waiting for you on the beach- the condo even had a cooler for you to bring to the beach. And it’s an AMAZING beach. The condo itself had all the comforts of home. We never once needed for anything while there. Bryan takes impeccable care of Grace Shore Villas. He even gave us fresh coconuts. There should also be something said about the security measures taken at the villas. There’s a locked gate around the entire place, and a security system in place so there’s no need to worry, if that comes natural to you, like it does me. Very safe area from what I could tell. BE SURE not to miss Coco Bistro and Coco Van if you stay here. Half a block walk! We loved our stay here and would highly recommend.
Just a perfect time for our 20th Anniversary! The host was so helpful and quick to communicate. The gated security of the location was nice. Bryan the property manager was great. Coco Bistro, the best restaurant on the island, is a 1 minute walk. We rented a car and would recommend it for sure. There’s too much to see on the island. There was nothing we would change! Exceeded expectations.
We just returned home from an amazing 10 day vacation in Turks and Caicos. Part of what made our vacation so special was the overall satisfaction with our rental villa. We were a group of 8, including 5 adults, and 3 young adults. We rented 2 of the villas at the Grace Shores. All of the villas are identical 3 bedroom units. They are stocked with everything you might need. We travel often, and prefer renting a condo over the AI route. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen lacked for nothing. The bedrooms are comfortable. There are 2 security safes for your use, and the villas are hooked up to monitored security. The bikes enabled us to travel for groceries every day to the IGA, a short 5 minutes away. We felt very safe here. Julian and Dinesh are amazing! You always go into an online rental with a “fingers crossed, hope the pictures are correct” attitude. Like most renters, we rely on the online reviews. Believe us when we say this management couple goes out of their way to ensure you are happy. When a lightbulb went out, Julian was right there to change it. You never felt like you were putting them out, and they are efficient in running their busy schedules.Julian and Dinesh picked us up at the airport to bring us to the villa. That represented a savings of $240.00($30.00pp) as we did not have to taxi it to the property. Having 6 beer and 6 water in our fridge upon arrival was the most awesome welcome touch! I would stay here again, and recommend the property to friends and family. Turks and Caicos is an amazing island. Definitely go there is you like long beach walks, blue water, and relaxation.
After a long summer of nothing we decided to take our kids (13&16) for a summer Vacation. We always look for new and interesting places on VRBO as we are not hotel people. What a great find Grace Bay Villas. We rented one of the 3 bedroom villas for one week and WOW. Our villa was gorgeous as well as the property around it. We even ditched the beach for two days of our vacation to just hang around the pool and eat snacks all day. I cannot say enough about the managers also, Dinesh and her husband Jullian. They were our best contact in Turks and Caicos. My husband and I also got to golf the most beautiful golf course there. Not being interested in fishing but love boats, Dinesh arranged the best boat adventure to a little island where we picked through shells and waded in the most beautiful water I have ever seen. Our captain was Flex and you have to ask for him….we even went to a ship wreck which was the kids highlight of the week. Being tired I found the best thing was our kitchen and the IGA/or Sobies just down the road….food and cocktails at your finger tips and they even have a Canadian Bank machine there. I am planning another trip in January with the Girls for golf and sun. Cant wait….Grace Bay I Will be back…….and bring lots of my friends. Oh yah, the restaurants were also fantastic.
This was our second trip to Grace Bay, and this time we decided to rent a villa. This was the best experience ever. We were 4 adults and 3 young kids. We all had an amazing time. All the staff and Property Manager (Dinesh and her husband) took care of everything. Reservation was done over email and no surprised. Everything was simple and clear. Once we arrived at the airport, we were greeted by Fey and Dinesh. Very friendly people. Once we got to the villa, we felt like home. The rooms and kitchen were so big. No surprises. Actually the house looked better than the pictures. Bright, clean, spacious and very comfortable. It is a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, casino and shopping. If you are traveling with young kids, you might need to rent a car. I suggest to use Avis. Very good prices and cars. We found our home in Grace Bay! Thank you for the unforgettable memories! We stayed for a week and cannot say enough good things, already looking forward to our next trip and would definitely stay here again.
Our family of 4 with 2 children (ages 8 and 4) just returned from the most amazing vacation in Turks and Caicos and stayed at the incredible Grace Shore Villas! We rented a car that was waiting for us at the airport, but Julian (a rep. from Grace Shore Villas) decided to surprise us at the airport and allow us to follow him to the villas! The Grace Shore Villas are clean, beautiful, safe and in close proximity to Grace Bay beach and other amenities, and each villa is kept quite private from the others which is nice. The villas are very close to great dining, shopping, beaches, etc. The binder of information found in the villa was very useful to answer some standard questions and review some of the local restaurants and tour providers. The kids LOVED the villa pool which was kept VERY clean throughout our visit! Plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing and tanning. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the standard item’s you would need, and everything in the villa was in great working order. We used the provided beach chairs and umbrella nearly every day on our excursions. We used the BBQ (there is 1 per villa) to cook a few times, which was an awesome feature after a trip to the grocery store! The washer and dryer was also a great benefit for us, in order to do a couple loads of laundry to wash some of the kids clothes and the beach towels! Julian, Dinesh and Faye were amazing and I can’t say enough about the incredible customer service we received and of course these amazing villas! I would recommend Grace Shore Villas for any family looking for a “home away from home” in Turks and Caicos! Absolutely coming again
Just returned from a very relaxing week at Grace Bay Villas. We stayed in the blue unit. It was the perfect spot for a Girls Get away! There were 4 women so the villas offered plenty of room and privacy for all of us to relax and have a great time! The Managers Danesh and Julien were there to greet us at the Airport and take us to our villa which was such a warm welcome. The villas are very clean and well appointed with everything you need. Plenty of bath and beach towels, toiletries, ensuite laundry facilities including detergent and fabric softener! A welcome fruit basket, snacks, wine and beer! Everything you need to get your vacation off to a great start. The IGA is very close by so you can stock up on a few groceries. We stayed home one night and made a nice steak dinner on the BBQ. The beach is a short walk and just gorgeous. I would highly recommend and I am planning to return!
