Hi there! We are the Jansens! The Grace Shore Villa story starts with us!
In 2008 we took a trip from our homes in Ontario to visit some friends who moved to Turks & Caicos. We were all very well seasoned travelers of the Caribbean and nothing prepared us for how beautiful Turks & Caicos was. The vibe was so chill, the belongers (islanders) were so friendly and very helpful. The pace was perfect for us and for some reason felt very comfortable. As if we were in a cottage community at home! The food was out of this world, and everywhere we went we left shaking our heads in amazement at how wonderful the experience was. But the one thing that got us “hook line and sinker” was the water. The clear turquoise water is just unbelievable. After a one week stay we knew we had to have our own little corner of the island. On that very first trip we found a property in Grace Bay and claimed our own little piece of paradise.
Our goal was to provide a unique villa experience. Our partners at the time all had amazing qualities to contribute to the build of Grace Shore VIllas. Contractors, interior designers, sales and marketing. Along with a strong work ethic, we all set out to build our boutique villa compound. Our vision was to provide the comfort and privacy of a villa with the added value and convenience of being close to restaurants and Grace Bay beach.
In 2024 our 3 bedroom villas; Coco Palm, Majestic Palm, and Serenity Palm were all newly renovated to keep them looking fresh and up to date. We have added a lanai to enjoy evenings outside and a modern feel to your beach vacation.
We call ourselves a boutique villa experience. All our guests become part of our tribe! Our return rate is amazing! We want you to have a comfortable bed to sleep in, choose to bbq or eat out, hang by the pool or go to Grace Bay beach where we have designated chairs and umbrellas for you to use.
We are a family friendly spot, we have an amazing team member Bryan who is here every day to check you in and to make sure you have everything you need.
