Our Story
Grace Shore Villas is a Canadian family-owned boutique villa property in Grace Bay, Turks & Caicos. Founded by Paul and Christine Jansen, our story began in 2008 when we visited the islands for the very first time. Already seasoned Caribbean travelers, we were instantly captivated by the stunning turquoise waters, friendly culture, and the relaxed rhythm of island life.
Within one week, we knew we had found our own corner of paradise. That first trip led us to a peaceful property in Grace Bay — and Grace Shore Villas was born.
Our vision was simple: to create a villa experience that blends privacy, comfort, and island charm, while keeping guests close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions.

We wanted to create a boutique villa community where guests feel at home while enjoying the natural beauty of Turks & Caicos. Our mission is to offer a space where families, couples, and friends can relax, explore, and make lifelong memories.
In 2024, all four of our 3-bedroom villas—Coco Palm, Majestic Palm, Serenity Palm, and Harmony Palm—were beautifully renovated to maintain a fresh, modern feel while preserving the warm, welcoming character we’re known for.

As a Canadian family, we’ve always loved bringing people together and creating spaces that feel warm and welcoming.
From the early days of Grace Shore Villas, we worked with skilled local teams, contractors, and designers to build a villa property that reflects both the relaxed island lifestyle and the comforts our guests value most.
Every guest becomes part of our Grace Shore Villas Tribe, and we’re incredibly grateful for the many visitors who return year after year, making Grace Shore Villas part of their own family traditions.

Guest Experience & On-Site Support
Brian is on-site Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, welcoming guests, assisting with check-ins, answering questions, and helping with anything you might need during your stay. He’s the friendly face you’ll see around the property and a big reason so many guests feel at home with us.

Booking & Guest Services
Claire, part of the Jansen family, personally supports all booking inquiries and guest communication. From helping you choose the perfect villa to sharing insider tips on where to eat, explore, and relax, she’s here to make planning your stay easy and enjoyable from the very first message.
